The company is situated on the Bjorhaug Industrial Estate at Naerbo, Norway, where we in 2003 moved into very modern and well-equipped production facilities of 1500 sq.m.
A steady expansion and development of new products are taking place continuously. Our product range consists of machines and implements for the farmer – all developed by our own experienced staff. We also act as a sub-supplier of components and parts for the local mechanical industry. Initially Underhaug AS was a spin-off company derived from former Kverneland Underhaug AS.
The company was established in 1987 as Umek AS, but has since changed to Underhaug AS, and is today a privately owned Ltd. Company. Underhaug AS is a leading manufacturer of round bale handling equipment, -products that are well known for quality and performance.
In Norway our products are sold and distributed through the major dealer chains and tractor outlets and in 2006 export markets will include UK, Estonia, Spain and Canada in addition to all the Nordic countries.
A high level of service and punctuality in deliveries are some of our driving forces, and through their work with Norwegian and International customers our experienced employees are ready to serve new and old customer with their skills and knowledge. |
